Your Question: Are flanks aloud to break out at scrums because I always get cautioned? And also what exercises did you do that I could do when you 13 years-old? – Vusani

FLO answers:Hi Vusani – no, by law flanks are required to stay bound to the scrum until the ball is out, so you can’t break away early or you will get penalised. Regarding the exercises – the best advice would be to keep fit and work hard on your skills, but listen to what your coaches say, follow them and never lose sight of your dream one day, be it playing for your first team at school, your province or even the Boks. Good luck with your career!

- Pieter Oosthuizen

FLO answers:Baie dankie Pieter.

Your Question: Heyneke seems 2 b making the same mistake as p div with JDV as captain, keeping him for WC. Your views. Desmond Holtzhausen

FLO answers: Jean is a magnificent captain and unfortunately I don’t share your view that Heyneke is making a mistake with him. He is very highly respected, not only in SA but across the world and as players, we love working with him and would follow him no matter what.
